The short version.
We collect the email you give us, the products you buy, and basic anonymous traffic data. We use it to send you the things you signed up for and to make the site better. We don't sell, share, or rent your data. You can leave at any time, and we'll delete what we have if you ask.
What we collect.
- ↳ Email address: when you opt in to a free guide or the newsletter.
- ↳ Name (optional): if you provide one in a form.
- ↳ Purchase data: order details, billing address, payment confirmation (handled by Etsy; we never see your card).
- ↳ Traffic and usage data: page views, referrers, country, and which links and forms you interact with (via Google Analytics, which sets cookies and only runs if you allow it).
- ↳ Email engagement: opens, clicks (via Brevo), used to send the right content to the right segment.
How we use it.
To deliver what you asked for (the ebook, the planner, the welcome sequence, your purchases). To send the weekly Sunday letter. To improve the site and the products. To respond to your messages. That's it.
Who we share it with.
Three trusted processors only:
- ↳ Brevo: email automation and the Sunday letter
- ↳ Etsy: payment processing and digital product delivery. Purchases are completed on etsy.com under Etsy's own privacy policy, and we receive only the order details Etsy shares with sellers.
- ↳ Google Analytics: traffic and conversion analytics, and only when you have allowed it
We never sell or rent your data to anyone. Sponsors and brand partners receive aggregate audience information, never identifiable details.
Our own social accounts.
We publish to our own social accounts, including TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, using a private scheduling tool that runs on our own computer. When we connect one of those accounts, the platform gives the tool an access token for that single account. The token is kept in a local file on that computer, readable only by us. It is never sent to any third party server and it never reaches this website.
From those connections we read only the connected account's own basic profile, such as the username, so we can confirm we are posting to the right account. Videos we upload to TikTok go to our own drafts, and a person opens the TikTok app and posts each one. We collect no information about anyone else's account, we share none of it, and we sell none of it. Disconnecting an account deletes its stored token.
None of this involves your data as a visitor here. It is described so you can see exactly what our publishing tool does.
How long we keep it.
Email addresses, while you're subscribed and for 12 months after unsubscribe (for compliance). Purchase data, 7 years (Australian tax law). Anonymous traffic data, indefinitely (it can't be linked to you).
Your rights.
You can ask us at any time to: see what we have, correct it, export it, or delete it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you have messaged or commented on our Instagram or Facebook accounts and want that removed, the delete your data page walks through both ways to do it.
Cookies.
We use a small number of essential cookies, plus Google Analytics cookies for traffic and conversion measurement. We ask before Google Analytics runs, and nothing analytics-related is stored until you say yes. We don't run advertising trackers and we don't sell audience data. Children.
This site is not directed at people under 16. The premium tier (when launched) is age-gated at 18 via Fanvue.
Changes to this policy.
If we change anything material we'll email you and update the "last updated" date above.
